Organizational Maturity

Victor Liu and I talked a lot about Maturity Checklists for Open Source Readiness. Click the link to take a look at some prototypes we’ve created for handling these.  Ideally, we want to give people a tool so that they can really clearly see how their organization is progressing in each activity.   Feedback also welcome!
