Currency Reference Data. The group continues to develop the currency reference data model that they have developed in Legend Studio using ISO Currency Code data as a baseline, and welcomes the community's feedback. Learn more and provide feedback at github.com/finos/secref-data/issues/58.
 
Commodities Payout Terms. If you have a background or interest in commodity derivatives - be it as a subject matter expert, data modeler, tech, or legal expert - we would like to hear from you. Please email commodities-payout@finos.org if you'd like to get involved in the Commodities Payout Terms work stream.
 
Following the FX Options work done as part of the Legend Studio Pilot last yearVijayesh Chandel from Goldman Sachs is gauging interest among the FINOS community in creating a KnockIn function solution for the ISDA CDM using Legend Studio. Learn more in this GitHub issue and leave a comment if you're interested in joining this effort.

  • 10am ET / 3pm BST. Open Source Readiness: Panel discussion "Running an Open Source project from inside a Bank"
    • The financial services industry is still in the early stages of opening up to open source development, and FINOS is home to some of the industry’s most significant collaborations. This panel discussion will focus on the experiences of open source maintainers operating behind a bank’s firewall. Participants from Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, and Citigroup will discuss what it takes to get an open source project approved, the challenges of collaborating with developers outside their institutions, and how financial institutions can improve the lives of their open source developers.
