Designed for practitioners in trading, risk, operations, architecture and regulatory reporting, this hands‑on workshop introduces the Common Domain Model (CDM) as a production‑ready open standard for modeling financial products and lifecycle events. Through real‑world use cases across trade processing, collateral management and reporting, participants will see how the CDM reduces data duplication, enables cross‑firm interoperability and supports auditability and regulatory compliance. Combining conceptual overviews with guided exercises, the session equips both business and technical attendees to embed the CDM into existing architectures, workflow automation initiatives and open source strategies.
