We encourage you to forward this to colleagues and industry partners who may be interested in FINOS and its mission. --- [This Week At FINOS](https://www.finos.org/this-week-at-finos) # [This Week at FINOS: Week of March 23, 2020](https://www.finos.org/this-week-at-finos/week-of-march-23-2020) Written by [FINOS Team](https://www.finos.org/this-week-at-finos/author/finos-team) | Mar 23, 2020 12:35:30 PM [mailto:james@finos.org](mailto:james@finos.org) [mailto:james@finos.org](mailto:james@finos.org) [mailto:james@finos.org](mailto:james@finos.org) [mailto:james@finos.org](mailto:james@finos.org) [mailto:james@finos.org](mailto:james@finos.org) [mailto:james@finos.org](mailto:james@finos.org) [mailto:james@finos.org](mailto:james@finos.org) [mailto:james@finos.org](mailto:james@finos.org)   Here's what's happening in the week of March 23rd, 2020 within the FINOS community. Please feel free to forward this email to colleagues and industry partners who you think will be interested in FINOS. If someone forwarded this email to you and you'd like to subscribe, please send a note to [community+subscribe@finos.org](http://community+subscribe@finos.org/) and you'll be added to the mailing list. [mailto:james@finos.org](mailto:james@finos.org) [There's no denying the past week has been a difficult time for everyone, so I'm not going to pretend adapting to covid-19 is easy. However, with every step forward to socially distance and protect the vulnerable that's made, that's a massive step forward by the global community to beating the virus. Remember, open source is a great way to meet new people if, like me, you like to socialise.   To keep the awesome work of FINOS moving forward, we've added our first 4 webinars to This Week at FINOS. Not only are webinars a great platform for sharing and learning, but they're also a great morale boost for our mental wellbeing. I advise everyone to attend, as I've learned over the past week, it's important to stay connected, especially if you're self isolating.   ](mailto:james@finos.org) [Thank you to the first wave of FINOS members who'll be presenting throughout April. You stepping forward is greatly appreciated by FINOS and the community who'll benefit from your experience and willingness to keep people connected. For those wanting to present at a future FINOS webinar, contact ](mailto:james@finos.org)[james.mcleod@finos.org](mailto:james.mcleod@finos.org) and let's talk.     **Monday, March 23rd** - *No programs activities planned.* **Tuesday, March 24th** - *No programs activities planned.* **Wednesday, March 25th** - *10am ET / 2pm GMT. ***Open Source Readiness WG **(FDX Program) - *12pm ET / 4pm GMT. ***Open Developer Platform **(FDX Program) - *12.30pm ET / 4.30pm GMT. ***Pure/Alloy Project Pilot Group**   **Thursday, March 26th** - *10am ET / 2pm GMT. ***FDC3 API Working Group **(FDC3 Program) - *10am ET / 2pm GMT. ***Cloud Service Certification Project **(FDX Program) - [Calendar invite](https://calendar.google.com/calendar/r/week/2020/3/26?eid=MWo4b2pucms5bzJvdjVwajc2b3VwYjZjNTFfMjAyMDAzMjZUMTQwMDAwWiBmaW5vcy5vcmdfZmFjOG1vMXJmYzZlaHNjZzBkODBmaThqaWdAZw&ctz=America/New_York&sf=true) | [Webex](https://finos.webex.com/finos/j.php?MTID=me0b8e6061812f875505b0caaceac3321) | [Github](https://github.com/finos-fdx/cloud-service-certification/) - *11am ET / 3pm GMT. ***Data Technologies PMC Call**(DT Program) - [Calendar invite](https://calendar.google.com/calendar/r/week/2020/3/26?eid=NzVoM2ljaGw2OHMzNmJiMTZ0aTY2YjlrNjloamFiOW9jOWdtOGI5bWM0cmppY3I1NmtzM2FvOXA2Z18yMDIwMDMyNlQxNTAwMDBaIGZpbm9zLm9yZ19mYWM4bW8xcmZjNmVoc2NnMGQ4MGZpOGppZ0Bn&ctz=America/New_York&sf=true) | [Webex](https://finos.webex.com/finos/j.php?MTID=m7e34d5b36206d3b34cefd76524008d4e) | [Confluence Page](https://finosfoundation.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/DT/pages/329383939/PMC) - *12pm ET / 4pm GMT. ***Financial Objects Project Meeting**(FO Program) - [Calendar invite](https://calendar.google.com/calendar/r/week/2020/3/26?eid=NnNyM2dlOWhjZ3AzMmI5cDZwajNhYjlrNjByNjJiYjI2c3MzY2JiNDZzb2ppZTFuY2dxajhvYjU2MF8yMDIwMDMyNlQxNjAwMDBaIGZpbm9zLm9yZ19mYWM4bW8xcmZjNmVoc2NnMGQ4MGZpOGppZ0Bn&ctz=America/New_York&sf=true) | [Webex](https://finos.webex.com/finos/j.php?MTID=mb412cf99b3a697e8c87e339236f83fbf) | [Confluence Page](https://finosfoundation.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FO/pages/123404294/Financial+Object+Working+Group) **Friday, March 27th** - *9am ET / 1pm GMT.* **FDC3 PMC Meeting **(FDC3 Program) - - [Calendar invite](https://calendar.google.com/calendar/r/week/2020/3/27?eid=NmNwajJvYjU2OHBqMGI5bDZ0aDNlYjlrNmtxMzZiYjFjOWlqOGJiMTcwc2o0ZTM1Y29zMzJwMW83MF8yMDIwMDMyMFQxMzAwMDBaIGZpbm9zLm9yZ19mYWM4bW8xcmZjNmVoc2NnMGQ4MGZpOGppZ0Bn&ctz=America/New_York&sf=true) | [Webex](https://finos.webex.com/finos/j.php?MTID=m109c033f30c8c623941576699ff08959) | [Confluence Page](https://finosfoundation.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FDC3/pages/40534023/Meeting+Minutes) - *11am ET / 3pm GMT. ***Plexus PMC Meeting **(Plexus Program) - *1pm ET / 5pm BST. ***FINOS Office Hours ** **FINOS Webinars:**   **Wednesday, April 1st** - *10:30am ET / 3:30pm GMT. ***[Nick Kolba](https://www.linkedin.com/in/nicholas-kolba-8395972/) **(FDC3 Program) - *Topic : * **Wednesday, April 8th** - *10:30am ET /*3:30pm GMT. **[Tom Schady](https://www.linkedin.com/in/tschady/) **(GreenKey) - *Topic :* <*To Be Announced>* **Wednesday, April 15th** - 10:30am ET */*3:30pm GMT. **[Petyo Ivanov](https://www.linkedin.com/in/petyo/) **(Glue42) - *Topic : From Closed Source to Open Source* **Wednesday, April 22nd** - *10:30am ET /3:30pm GMT. ***[Stephen Murphy](https://www.linkedin.com/in/stephenmurphygenesis/) **(Genesis) - *Topic : * **Looking Ahead** - *October 16* **[Empire Startups NY Fintech Conference](https://empirestartups.com/events/ny2020/)** Remember to look after yourself, your family and those around you who need our support.     [View full post](https://www.finos.org/this-week-at-finos/week-of-march-23-2020) ```json { "@context" : "http://schema.org", "@type" : "BlogPosting", "author" : { "@type" : "Person", "name" : "FINOS Team" }, "dateModified" : "2020-03-23T12:35:30.720Z", "datePublished" : "2020-03-23T12:35:30Z", "headline" : "This Week at FINOS: Week of March 23, 2020", "image" : { "@type" : "ImageObject", "height" : 1004, "url" : "https://www.finos.org/hubfs/TWAF.png", "width" : 1785 }, "mainEntityOfPage" : "https://www.finos.org/this-week-at-finos/week-of-march-23-2020", "publisher" : { "@type" : "Organization", "logo" : { "@type" : "ImageObject", "height" : 60.0, "url" : "https://www.finos.org/hubfs/TWAF.png", "width" : 106.67331 }, "name" : "Thoughts, news and events from our community" } } ```
