Setting up an OSPO is easy, but establishing a culture that adopts Open Source in a collaborative fashion takes time.  This talk will provide the 4 Horizon approach taken to establish an OSPO.  Once we review the 4 horizons, we will focus on Horizon 1: Establishing an InnerSource culture.

Anthony's Bio:

Anthony Vacca began his career while he was completing his Bachelors of Computer Science at Brock University  where he began a startup that primarily took Open Source software and provided services to not for profit government agencies. After divesting his company by selling his major product to the Government of Ontario, he completed an MBA in Marketing from the Schulich School of Business.  Anthony has been with RBC for 16 years in various roles and now has a focus on brining Open Source development best practices to Canada’s Largest Bank.
