Whether you are chaining microservices, managing long-running transactions, or coordinating AI agents, the "glue" that holds your APIs together is becoming just as critical as the endpoints themselves. Born from a collaboration between **Fidelity Investments**, **NatWest Group**, **Deutsche Bank**, **Capital One**, and **BMO**, it is a fork of the battle-tested Camunda 7 Community Edition, designed to ensure the financial services industry has a high-performance, vendor-neutral orchestration engine.   ## **Why API Developers Should Care** If you are building APIs, you are likely dealing with state, timeouts, retries, and complex decision logic. Here is why Fluxnova belongs in your stack: 1. **Stateful Orchestration for Stateless APIs:** Fluxnova manages the state of long-running processes so your APIs don't have to. 2. **The "Agentic AI" Layer:** As we move from generative AI to *agentic* AI, you need a control plane to manage how AI agents interact with your core systems.
