This month we have several project updates, and a short message from the TOC. Did you know that members of the Technical Oversight Committee work to connect projects with the rest of the ecosystem, such as marketing support, technical innovations, and cross-project alignment? If you’re a maintainer who hasn’t yet connected with a liaison, reach out to [**toc@lists.finos.org**](mailto:toc@lists.finos.org)! # **TOC UPDATES** **Liaison Program Q1 Retrospective** As we close the first quarter of 2025, the TOC has met to reflect on the success of the new [Project Liaison Program](https://github.com/finos/technical-oversight-committee/blob/main/liason-program/liasion-guide.md). This initiative was designed to offer projects a direct line of communication with the broader ecosystem and connect them with marketing or awareness tools. Through this effort, we have populated this newsletter and connected projects with valuable FINOS resources. As the program evolves, the TOC has made thoughtful adjustments to ensure it delivers the greatest value. Going forward, the Liaison Program will be offered to projects that express interest in participating, creating a more tailored and collaborative experience for those looking to engage with the broader FINOS ecosystem. # **PROJECT UPDATES** **Spring Bot + AI Governance Framework** There have been recent developments on [**Spring Bot**](https://github.com/finos/spring-bot) integration with Microsoft Teams, and the project is now exploring new features in partnership with the [**AI Readiness SIG**](https://github.com/finos/ai-readiness). The team has begun implementing an AI Bot, with an emphasis on compliance with the SIG’s AI Governance Framework. **FINOS Common Cloud Controls (CCC) + Compliant Financial Infrastructure (CFI)** A new control catalog is now available for change management board review. The CCC team is collaborating with contributors from the CFI project to provide demos showcasing how these open-source assets can be integrated into automated governance programs or CI pipelines. Supply chain security work is currently underway to ensure all requirements are met before integrating with the [**Accessibility Theme Builder**](https://github.com/finos/a11y-theme-builder)application.
